I had a lovely stay, enjoying the friendly staff who made my time pleasant and the tasty food that added to my overall experience. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from Malvern and Brueton Park, perfect for weekend strolls and nature views.

The beautifully landscaped grounds offer a serene escape, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The restaurant's focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients elevates the dining experience, especially with their standout breakfast options.

Noise disturbances are a significant issue. I was jolted awake multiple times by loud sounds from neighboring rooms and even from housekeeping. The limited lunch menu left much to be desired, and the pillows provided little comfort, leading to a less than ideal night's sleep.

I had a lovely stay with my friends and we really enjoyed the evening by the garden area, soaking up the atmosphere with a glass of wine. The afternoons were made extra special with the amazing indoor pool and cozy sun terrace. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors now and then! 🏨

The staff were extremely accommodating, especially with my dog and grandson. The food quality surpassed my expectations, and the family room was spacious and impeccably clean.
